School email matches signups to approved portal accounts. A signup never grants access automatically.

Download the private response sheet as CSV and import it here to refresh the comparison. Automatic sync is not enabled. Only names, school emails, grades, and signup timestamps are saved. Existing signups are updated by email.
Membership approvals
Approve only verified team members. Login email is the email on their Google account; school email connects their signup record. Students can sign in with Google and request membership. Approve their verified account here, or add an approved email in advance.
